The Board of Directors serves the school by setting policies and maintaining the goals of the school. They examine the curriculum for Biblical principles and classical educational appropriateness. It is comprised of seven people and no individual board member has unilateral authority over the school in any capacity.

The Headmaster reports to the Board of Directors and is the administrator of the entire school. He/She oversees the management of the school and is directly involved in policy development and implementation, finances, curriculum development, teacher supervision and training, curriculum development, student discipline, and school programs.

The Grammar School Principal reports to the Headmaster/mistress and is the administrator of the grammar school grades K-6. He/She oversees the management of the grammar school and is directly involved in policy development and implementation, finances, curriculum development, teacher supervision and training, student discipline, curriculum development, and school programs.

The Upper School Principal reports to the Headmaster/mistress and is the administrator over the upper school grades 7-12. He/She oversees the management of the upper school and is directly involved in policy development and implementation, finances, curriculum development, teacher supervision and training, student discipline, curriculum implementation, and school programs.
